Both applications use release labels. Requires PixInsight 1.9.4 or newer. On Apple Silicon, use the ARM64 PixInsight build.

Install through PixInsight’s update manager after publication, then restart. Both scripts retain their Cosgrove’s Cosmos menu entries, canonical script paths, and flat SVG icons. Match each app’s image-window CM selector to the source window; the selector affects display only. New image windows require Save As.
See release notes, changes and compatibility, and verification. Current About, FAQ, Technical Appendix, and installation documentation are bundled for both products under rsc/<ProductId>/docs/ and doc/scripts/CosgrovesCosmos/<ProductId>/.
Run python3 tools/validate_pixinsight_release.py --repo . before publication; rerun with --public after deployment. Keep historical versioned ZIPs. The prepared feed references only the two current packages.
